Slightly Purple Tiny House

The interior is mostly pine and has a wonderful smell. I am the first owner and am the only person to have lived in the house. It was lived in approximately for 1 year. It winters well with proper skirting. It has a septic connection and a flushing toilet. Propane stove and water heater. I used electric heater for the winter.

I used a stand up AC unit in the summer. Loft can fit up to a king sized bed. There is storage shelves across from the loft. If desired I will include the AC unit, electric heater, heated water hose for water connection, rhino sewage pipe, retro styled refrigerator, 8 jack stands, 2 propane tanks, and a 20 ton bottle jack for leveling. Personally I loved living in the house. I no longer have a need for it and my life path is taking me elsewhere.

Currently there is no ladder to get up to the loft. The house has some cosmetic eye sores on the inside which I am happy to discuss. Please give me a call or email.
