Simple Living Tiny House

This tiny house was built in 2017 and has been built with simplicity in mind. With hardwood floors, blue stain pine walls and ceiling and a wood stove this tiny house has the feel of a cabin.
- The house is wired for AC power with a 30 amp plug in and comes with a 100 ft extension cord that can be plugged into a wall outlet to power the house.
- The wood stove is from Cubic Mini Stoves and is the Grizzly model, this is more than enough wood stove to heat the house on cold winter nights. There is also a ceiling fan that can keep the house cool in warmer summers.
- The composting toilet is made by Natures Head and is a wonderful product when going off grid.
- There is a kitchen sink with a foot pump faucet and there is a two burner propane cooktop. The tiny house comes with a 4.5 cubic ft refrigerator that is under the counter.
- The bed platform is on wheels and can accommodate a 9 inch thick queen size mattress. A bench seat was built with a seat that can hinge up to reveal storage underneath. Along with the storage in the bench seat there are multiple shelves that can hold large bins.

This tiny house can function either as a tiny house to live in, rent as a vacation home or a home office. I’m looking to sell this house to a good home that will enjoy it’s simplicity and peacefulness.
