We at Seattle Tiny House University are excited to announce our latest creation!

The inside is bright and airy with lovely cedar walls and a spacious window-filled loft. It is also fully customizable in terms of appliances, so just let us know if you’re hunting for an epic art studio or your next home.
If it is for living in there are designs in the pictures showing where the appliances would go.
The bathroom/shower would be to the right of the kitchen space which would come with a sink, stove top, and refrigerator.
Bathroom would have a small trough shower and composting toilet should you want either installed.
Great for Air B&B or anyone wanting to have their rent go towards something they will actually own. With Seattle's rent this tiny house would pay for itself in a year.

As far as zoning goes, the house on wheels is currently exempt from any permitting requirements, but the house was also designed and built to fit under Seattle's "shed" allowance, which allows for certain structures to be used with no permits required.

The square footage is around 105 sq ft (including the loft).

The weight comes in right at 6,000 lbs, which is well under the trailer's max carrying weight of 10,000 lbs.

Dimensions are: 14'x6'-8" exterior  it's 81 sq ft + 24 sq ft

Fully insulated with electrical and water hook up.
