Purchased and remodeled in 2014, the bus has been parked and occupied as a dwelling by family and tenants. It's plumbed and wired to the house in it's current location. We removed the driver's seat and covered the front end console for a proper entrance. You can drive it away or tow it and park. It runs like a beast; to drive it away requires opening up console to get at gears etc.

It is mobile but designed for long term parking; no storage tanks. The plumbed toto toilet can easily be removed and replaced with composting toilet.
