Solar Santa Fe Tiny Home

It can be easily moved to your property! This tiny house would make a great AirBnB or Casita.

"La Casita Hita" 17ft (L) x 9.5ft (W) x 10.5ft (H) with 3.5ft (W) x 10ft (L) and 3.5 (W) x 13 ft (L) fully roofed decks on two faces. On the third face are two planting/work stations built into the exterior. The house is fully solar (Grape Solar panels) with Sine Wave Converter, with option to plug into grid or generator as needed. The house is on a trailer and easily moved with a F250. The decks fold down for transport. The kitchen is equipped with a Caribbean Model Propane Galley Range and granite countertops. A propane fridge is needed. The heat source is a wall-mounted propane heater. The hot water heater is indoor Bosch. All the appliances are brand new!

There is 3 step LED overhead lighting throughout the main living space and fun LED track lighting built into the upstairs sleeping areas. Currently the house is in Santa Fe, NM. It was built and designed by Pete at www.PKWorks.org in Santa Fe.
