Rustic on the Outside, Designer Finished Interior

Two Bedrooms,1 Bath, over 360 square feet of living space.
This tiny house was customed designed and built in 2018 for a NYC doctor and has just completed a refurbishment recently. Trailer Made Custom Trailers in Denver, Colorado. It was professionally built, including all plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installed by registered technicians.

The superstructure and mainframe are all tube steel. The living area and bedroom walls are clear coated birch panels, and all trim is solid birch, custom milled for the project. All new flooring on the main level. The ceiling in the living area is over ten feet tall and is complete with all new furnishings; sofa, additional stool seating for 4, side table and a built-in folding kitchen table. The toilet and bathroom areas and the ceiling are white painted wood. Both sections of stairs have built-in storage. There is also built-in storage in the living area.

The kitchen cabinetry is ceiling height, and the countertops are white quartz. There is a new free-standing five-foot tub in the bathroom as well as a built-in vanity. The toilet is set up for sewage (but has the capability for a composting toilet). The double entry glass doors have internal blinds. The main bedroom over the gooseneck is full head height with a wall of built-in closets, shelves and drawers, and the queen bed platform has storage beneath the entire bed. The headboard is made from an antique Chinese opium mat.

The rear bedroom height is 3 feet 9 inches and features a wall made from antique chestnut barn wood and fits a queen mattress base. The tiny house comes with new (still in the boxes) mattresses and bedding.
