unique , oval house seeking unique ,mature, single person to make it a home or studio !

all the basics : futon bed , table / desk , stove/fridge/sink , gas heat , and bathroom w/ shower,
plus wifi capability , electricity and water paid , shared hot tub , sauna , deck and shared garden...

not much room for extraneous Stuff (!) but a neat little space nonetheless : as a cozy cabin or an artist's getaway retreat... YEAR-ROUND RENTAL.

(we are a small informal community of five who welcome another member or respect a hermit.)
