DIY Tiny House For Sale

For sale is my DIY Tiny House on Wheels. Living "Tiny" is not for everyone but if it suits your lifestyle it can be extremely fun and rewarding.

House currently has electric on-demand hot water, tub, 50amp hook up, composting toilet, numerous windows, french doors and a very large skylight over the loft. It also has stairs (no ladder!), fridge/freezer and a washer-dryer combo unit. Constructed with 2x6 framed walls and 2x4 ceiling, batt and foam board insulation, PEX plumbing and standing seam metal roof. The exterior is solid and well built, withstands highway travel and desert winds. The interior is currently in progress and you would be able to put as little or as much time into it as desired. For example, I have been living comfortably here for almost a year, however some trim/finish/touch up work remains. Given the small size of the house you would also be able to completely remodel the inside to your liking without much cost or hassle. (I will include any leftover building supplies in the purchase and you can have any wiring/plumbing/design diagrams you wish.)

It is currently on a lot in Hawthorne, NV with a detached deck which I made from an additional 18' scrap trailer. In addition to the house and deck, I have a very large BBQ and chest freezer for sale. These can all be purchased for $22k or the house alone without appliances for $19k. Note this is similar to a travel trailer, NOT an RV.

The trailer is registered in Nevada and was purchased new 2 years ago. Two 5k axles . It does need new wiring (or an auxiliary light kit just for transport), as the lighting on the trailer does not work.
