I am selling the Tiny House ONLY. The unit is on a working trailer for transport to a new location or it can stay where it is. I pay a pad rental of $800 a month. The new owner will have to discuss this fee with the landlord.

The Tiny House is located close to the Queen of Peace Monastery, located in the Upper Squamish Valley, which is 20km away from Highway 99 and 28km, from downtown Squamish. Here are the amenities of the Tiny House:

- Heat is from an electric baseboard. Oil filled radiators are also used to heat specific rooms.
- A 20 lbs. propane tank supplies enough fuel to run the gas range and oven for months. The home is set up to accommodate a larger propane tank if desired.

- The Tiny Home is accessed by a dirt road that is cleared of snow during the winter months.
- Rock wall insulation on the walls, which are 2x4. 6 inches of solid insulation for the floor, The roof has 6 inches rock wall insulation.

The top level and the side addition are both designed to be removed for transport. The house would be moved as three separate pieces. Alternatively, an oversize permit can be obtained, requiring only the side addition to be removed. The whole unit can be towed by a heavy duty truck. The unit can stay where it is and the new owner would discuss a pad rental Price with the landlord. I pay $800.
