Red Cedar Shack - 28’ gooseneck THOW

Red Cedar Shack is a custom built, 28’ x 8’ tiny home on a 5th wheel trailer. The interior wood is western cedar and eastern red cedar, with reclaimed barn wood on the walls in the loft and living room. The window trim, steps, countertops, and dining table are live edge, made from eastern red cedar wood.

As a custom woodworker, I built this tiny home as an art project for myself to live in and it has been great. I am moving soon and cannot take it where I am going so I have decided that it is time to sell. This would be great for someone wanting their own house, office, or an Airbnb rental.

This tiny home is big enough for 2 adults to comfortably live in. It is wired for A/C electricity. The loft is big enough for most people to sit up in bed and watch tv. It currently has a queen size bed, but a king could fit as well. A Carrier Mini split is installed and works perfectly. It also features a salamander hobbit wood stove for the winter months that is extremely efficient. The living room can fit a nice size couch or bed and can be rearranged in a couple different ways based on your desired look. The plumbing has been designed so that if you want to be off grid you can fill the 40 gallon water tank with gravity fed water and water pump or it can be used with standard city water hookup. Both plumbing designs use the eccotemp 7 gallon hot water heater that is installed. An air head composting toilet is installed in the bathroom and never beeb used. It has 8 windows with screens that slide open and a ninth window that is on the front door that has built in blinds for privacy.
