Reclaimed beauty, 12x24’ Tiny House

This house has been my wife and I’s home for the last 3 years. It is my 3rd personal tiny house and one of several that I have built over the past decade. This house has also been used as a show piece to display my work to clients and has been constructed to work efficiently and be easily maintained. It is constructed out of a mix reclaimed solid wood, wood sheet goods and metal. The materials used were selected and placed depending on their use and the wear they would be exposed to. The house is 12' which does mean that it will require a professional mover, but being 12' wide allows for a hall to run the length of the house giving the house a feeling that is unique in the tiny house world which typically has the walking space running down the middle of the houses. The living space also has the ability to be rearranged and we have moved pieces periodically to suit the needs that come through growing with a house. The sleeping loft is large and has two operable windows. The bathroom has a large countertop, ample storage, a large mirror over the sink and a 3x3 shower (not pictured for some reason the photo would not load). The bathroom does not currently have a toilet but I would install the desired toilet before the house is picked up, be it a composting toilet or water flushing toilet I will install what ever the purchaser specifies. This home has been such a joy to build and live in and I hope it finds its way into a new set of loving arms. (The photos all have extra details in the captions)
