The reclaimed wood ceiling adds warmth and character, while dimmable LED lighting lets you adjust the atmosphere. A loft ceiling fan and mini split system provide year-round comfort for both heating and cooling.

The loft measures approximately 8 ft by 12.5 ft and comfortably fits a queen-size mattress. Access is via a library ladder that saves space and keeps the layout open. The main level sleeping option adds flexibility for everyday living or guests.
