Precious Modern Farmhouse The Tacky Shack

She does not come with land. She must be moved at purchasers expense. I can do no payments or financing. I'm so sorry. I truly wish I could.
I've developed a very serious medical condition and will need a larger place so I can work at home.
She is an 8 x 16 Incredibox built in Newport, TN. in 2023.
She is Ansi certified.
I apologize for the quality and number of pictures. Plenty more will be added in the coming week.
Basically the incredibox is sold as a diy for you to finish as you choose.
So I have done a lot. Still needs a couple of days work on minor things.
First off the entire living area and around the front door is done with gray and white wood wall plank half way up. The bottom half is old barn tin wainscoting. The barn tin and all the windows are trimmed out in a dark wood plank. The bathroom window and the 3 windows in the living area come with walnut wood levlor blinds.
I had a custom loft built with big beams. It is approximately 50 inches wide by the width of the house. I have filled it with antique pieces I use for storage.
I added a custom farmhouse ceiling beam and installed a ceiling fan/light.
I had the wall cut above the window over the sink and put in a 5000 btu air conditioner thru the wall.
She also comes with a black magic chef 10 cubic foot refrigerator. I had a custom can cabinet built with a tin door which has tons of food storage.
Where the refrigerator would normally go (I put it at the end of the cabinet) I installed a rod and turned it into a closet with a dresser at the bottom.
She has custom lower cabinets with soft close drawers. I added a couple of antique looking cabinets for storage above.
I had a range hood put it with a light and fan which holds the microwave. I had it vented to the outside.
The countertops are butcher block.
I put a drop in 2 burner electric stove.
The loft over the bathroom is 18 high by 36 wide and the width of the house. I put up a custom industrial rod and my friend did a farmhouse curtain. It's great. It hides everything and is pretty instead of looking at lots of boxes.
Over the closet I had a custom cabinet built with 3 shelves and a bead board back. It goes all the way to the ceiling and hides the 19 gallon hot water heater. The beadboard back is false and can be removed if you ever need to work on the hot water heater.
In the kitchen area I chose to use a wallpaper called tin roof that I faux painted in that area.
The bathroom also has complete wood plank but I chose a soft wood tone for in there.
1 of the things that remains to be done is to finish putting up the ceiling tiles.
I bought Victorian Styrofoam ceiling tiles and custom painted them. They are finished and ready to put up but because of my medical issue its not finished.
The bathroom is 3 feet by 8 feet.
It has a 36 inch shower and a flush toilet. I added a custom rain head shower with a hand held. So nice and relaxing.
Underneath the floor is plumbing if you ever wanted to add a sink in the bathroom.
The floor is a soft farmhouse gray vinyl plank. It's waterproof so it's great.
The outside has been painted with Sherwin Williams custom paint. I need to finish the door. There is a custom farmhouse light fixture on the exterior.
I'm sure there is a lot more I need to add.
This home is perfect for full time living or could be a great airbnb.
A 32 inch lg smart tv mounted on a swivel remains.
Under the kitchen sink i have installed a pull out trashcan and pull out shelving for additional storage .
A beautiful farmhouse light has been added over the kitchen sink.
