Our containers can be constructed out for a 20', 40′and 45' HC grade "A" shipping containers. They are crafted to achieve R-19 wall insulation and R-30 roofing insulation. The exterior can be constructed with various forms of siding including cedar, metal, and “floating stucco” so that it can withstand various climates. Homes can be constructed using stylish French doors and floor to ceiling windows, accordion sliding glass doors, single doors, and various sizes of windows placed throughout. Completely custom to your desires.

We can construct a hinged decking system that can be electrically winched up (completely covering/protecting the valuable window glass). Also we can create durable metal shutters, combined with the folding deck, makes for a tiny house cabin that can be completely sealed up and left for months without worrying about intruders. The interior can have a complete custom floor plan with custom built full or queen beds with custom built cabinets and closets. The TV can be built on a custom stand that allows it rotate 360 degrees between the living room and bedroom. The living room can plenty of room for a futon couch for guests. The home includes an AC unit and heating unit. The home can have a full kitchen, including stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and double/single stainless steel sink. We like to do custom polished concrete counter tops in our homes. The bathroom can be a full or  3/4 bath. It can have a custom tiled shower, with chrome/stainless/bronze rain fall shower head/different fixtures, full size standard toilet or composting toilet and bathroom vanity sink. Rooms can be  separated by sliding “barn doors”. Homes usually have recessed lighting along with accent lighting throughout. The home is powered by a 220v RV plug OR can be completely off grid with alternative energy. Along with water and sewer connections.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: We can ship this shipping container tiny house anywhere in the country. We use a container trailer, load it up, and within 10 minutes its on the road and headed to your location. Shipping cost are typically between $2-$3/mile.
