Sanctuary Tiny Homes is a NOAH certified tiny home builder based in Orlando, FL. We specialize in aesthetically beautiful, environmental responsible, custom tiny homes, built to meet the needs and desires of anyone looking to 'go tiny’.

We took our tiny home (Tiny Marta) to the Tiny House Roadshow in Orlando to make our first appearance in the tiny home community.

Marta sits on a 24’ trailer and showcases the quality and detailed craftsmanship that Sanctuary Tiny Homes desires each of their homes to possess. From its spacious kitchen and stainless steel appliances, bright, clean bathroom with composting toilet, to its spacious loft with windows surrounding, this home was built to feel open and spacious while not sacrificing the necessities or aesthetics.

Marta is insulated with closed-cell spray foam and cooled/heated with a 12,000btu mini-split system, making the tiny living experience comfortable wherever you choose to park it.
