This 2004 Ford E350 short bus conversion was built slowly and thoughtfully with a lot of love. After traveling cross-country, we knew we loved life on the road, but we wanted something taller and more comfortable. We found this former preschool transportation school bus in Palm Beach, removed the seats, drove it back to California and started turning it into the kind of Tiny Home on Wheels we wanted for coastal trips and camping. Now that our family has grown again we feel this bus deserves to be back on the road with someone who will appreciate its character.

The bus is located near Miami, Florida, and I am willing to help drive it to you. It has under 100,000 miles. The title is in hand.
This bus was built in 2004 and is 20 feet long by 8 feet wide. It has one main-level bed and 12 total windows.
The bus starts easily and drives reliably. It has been dependable enough to cross the country multiple times.
It includes 40-gallon fresh water tank and a sink with a foot pump. This setup is useful for cooking, cleaning or rinsing off!

The bus has cold front and rear A/C making it more comfortable for warm-weather travel.
It was designed with outdoor travel in mind. It includes an interior surfboard rack that fits longboards and oversized gear along with a collapsible exterior paddleboard rack. The layout is flexible enough for surfboards, paddleboards and camping gear.
