This has the ability to be both completely off grid or plugged in to shore power. It's equipped with a total of 600w in solar panels and two 100ah lithium batteries. Most of the house runs on 12v but there is also an inverter to run the fridge when not on shore power.

-2 propane tanks on the front, as well as a Grey water tank mounted underneath the house.
-no heating or air conditioning, but it was designed to remain cool in the summer with the windows open and there is a mini wood stove for heating in the winter.

Every space has been used in the design and there is storage everywhere. Tons of tiny little surprises in this gem of a house.

I have replaced the door due to damage, but everything else is in great condition. Want to sell quickly as I live outside of the country.
