Professional constructed in 2019. 16' trailer, spray-foam insulation, 2x4 wall frame, 2x6 roof frame with charcoal gray metal roof. 60 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon gray water tank installed on top of trailer, yet under kitchen, so no worries about freezing temps. Fold down deck with full glass front door with built-in blinds. Whole house fan with remote, propane heater plus wall mounted wood stove. Two burner propane stove top and 20" vented hood, mini-fridge, sink with filtered water dispenser, microwave and spice rack. 32" shower with rain head. On-demand water heater. I used a composting toilet (not included). The loft is 2" x 2" steel frame construction with T&G flooring. Solar information: 3000 Lithium Ion Portable power station with 8 - 100 watt solar panels on roof mounted rack system. Service Size: 30A service, 10:2 wire, all plugs included for all standard RV setup . I lived in this for over 4 years in a stationary location, but you could easily travel with this tiny house.
