Olsen Tiny Home

This NOAH Certified quality built tiny home features beautiful reclaimed wood and bamboo flooring throughout. The kitchen is extremely functional with a farmhouse style sink, open shelving, ample storage, a full-size electric oven, two burner gas stove, reach-in freezer, and separate refrigerator. 

The living space is spacious and comfortable with extra storage and a sofa that can convert to a bed for guests. 

The bathroom is beautifully tiled and features a walk-in shower, custom made vanity, and a Separette composting toilet. There is a combo washer/dryer in the bathroom area, as well as a built-in clothes hamper and additional storage. 

The large upstairs loft overlooks the kitchen and is large enough for a king size bed. The open closet space is on the opposite end of the loft and features built-in shelving.

The tiny home is heated and cooled with a 2022 mini split and there is an additional wall heater in the bathroom. The home stayed exceptionally warm even during temps -20F on the western slope of Colorado where it was originally built. The tiny home is insulated with closed cell spray foam insulation.

The home allows for loads of natural light as it boasts Jeld-Wen windows throughout. The double front doors fully open allowing for an open-air feeling in the home for beautiful summer days. Window treatments are included on all of the windows and doors with the exception of the kitchen windows. 

The tiny home is 26 feet long and was built on a Tumbleweed two-axle trailer in 2016. The trailer has less than 1500 miles on it. There are leveling jacks on each corner of the trailer, and 4 additional jack stands are included in the sale. We have only moved the tiny home twice and it pulls fine with a Ford F-350 or equivalent. 

The home is all electric with the exception of the stove and the hot water for the on-demand hot water heater. Tiny home connections are as follows:

- 50 amp shore power electric hook up, 25-foot cord included 
- Fresh water inlet, 25-foot heated hose included 
- Propane, 2-30 gallon propane tanks with rack and dual tank regulator included 
- Grey waste water hose, hose included

We are asking $85,000 for the tiny home. Also, the dining room table came unlatched during the last move, and unfortunately, the table was broken in the process.
