Cabin Possibilities

Hi I have a 10 by 24 Cabin with some insulation already put in and this shell less than 10 months old, has loads of potential for the right person! It has 2 loft areas and has 2 doors to enter and exit, one has doggie door already. There's a deck on front and has a metal roof and smart siding on outside of Cabin. This was going to be my home but I have recently moved elsewhere and will not be finishing Cabin or needing it. So my loss is someone's gain for a tiny home to make their own! There is no electric or plumbing. You will have to have it hauled to a new location because there's no land available where it is now. Depending on if your in Ohio and how far you are from Marion will determine haul price I think it's around $300-$600 to have it hauled to a location within 200-300 miles. I am not local and do not have any inside pics so I would have to try to get some somehow if your really interested. I got it less than 10 months ago and just want it gone to someone who will finish and make a cute home out of it. Thanks
