24 ft. Custom-Built Tiny House – Honolulu, Hawaii

This beautifully designed 24 ft. dual-axle tiny house rests on a sturdy flatbed trailer rated at 7,000 lbs per axle, manufactured new in 2024 The trailer was thoughtfully upgraded before construction with 10-ply tires, extra decking between the wheels, a protective belly pan for underfloor insulation, R30 rockwool insulation throughout the base, and welded rods for secure wall attachment. The trailer is titled and licensed in Honolulu, Hawaii.

The home itself features a sleek shed-style roofline that creates a vaulted ceiling inside, offering an open and airy living space. Interior finishes include Smartcore luxury vinyl plank flooring, a complete kitchen cabinet package, a shower pan with durable metal surround, and a Rheem propane tankless hot water heater with exterior vent package (heater installed, vent kit included but not yet connected).

A propane-powered EcoJohn TinyJohn incinerating toilet with vent stack is included, eliminating the need for septic or black water holding tanks.

One of the most distinctive features is the power elevator bed lift. With the press of a button, the bed platform rises neatly to the ceiling during the day, opening up the living area, and lowers in the evening when it’s time for rest. This eliminates the need for a traditional sleeping loft while maximizing comfort and convenience.

The home also provides flexibility for personalization, giving the owner the opportunity to select appliances, countertops, bathroom and kitchen sinks, plumbing fixtures, and furniture to create a truly custom living space.
