This tiny home offers a simple, efficient lifestyle with everything you need for comfortable off-grid living. It was originally created to give our family a cozy, independent space while staying close during the early years of raising our daughter. It holds a lot of meaning for us, and we hope it finds a new owner who truly appreciates the tiny living experience.

📍 Located near Hayward, California
Built from a converted shipping container, this home is fully equipped for off-grid use and can be transported just like a standard container. It has already made one move and can be relocated again via flatbed truck. Setup is straightforward: just a level surface (concrete or asphalt works best) and good southern sun exposure for optimal solar performance.

Plumbing is set up to allow easy conversion to a flush toilet if preferred
