We also have tomatoes, squash, pineapple, lettuce, herbs, etc.. Plenty of rain for plants and sun for electricity. This area offers a lot of off grid, eco friendly and like minded individuals. We currently haul in our water but a rain catchment system will work wonderful, we get plenty of rain but not too much. Currently operating waste on a small septic tank.
