Construction Details:

The ceiling and floors are made of 16 panels that are bolted together.

The downstairs and upstairs is comprised of 16 walls that are bolted into locally and sustainably sourced fir beams that run from the bottom floor to the top ceiling - making it modular and moveable.

The walls are made with light-straw insulation, held together by a cedar lath, and then finished with an earthen plaster. The walls are painted with an earthen paint made of sand, straw, clay and mica and selenite crystals.

The lumber is all locally sourced and sustainably harvested cedar and fir.

This is a 2 story house with a hatch door separating both sections.

The house is on peer-blocks so it could move as a full unit, with the roof removed, or you can it can be deconstructed and reconstructed how you see fit.
