IN STOCK ! Our 500 sqft Luxury homes are Built in our factory as a site built house would be and are in compliance with regular building codes. They are NOT built a on a trailer chassis. They are made to be delivered by truck then set on a foundation or piers. As these homes are certified under Modular Building codes they can be placed where zoning would otherwise prohibit a Tiny home (usually Tiny Homes are classed as RV's or Park Model RV's).
Otherwise our homes feature full size appliances, bathrooms and bedrooms can fit a king size bed. Covered Porch or Deck is optional, And also available delivered.
