White river tiny homes

This is a new tiny house completed in late 2016, and is built to last! It has gracie weather shield on the roof and corners, hurricane clips and metal wind bracing keep it standing in all types of weather. Insulated floors, sprayfoam walls, and a heat/air unit keeps this tiny home comfortable all year round! It is 20x8 with a 7.5x8 sleeping loft and 7.5x4 storage loft. Comes with a 19 gallon water heater and rv capable hookups!
