NEW 30' Tiny House Trailer

I'm selling a BRAND NEW 30' Tiny House trailer built by Trailer Made Trailers. My wife and I spent the last 6 months planning our own DIY tiny house, but recently, plans changed and we need to follow a different path. We bought this trailer as a custom build from Trailer Made Trailers in CO and had it delivered to us in West Plains, MO. The trailer is 100% new and has only taken the trip from CO to MO for delivery. Here are the trailer specs.
- 30 foot long
- 8 feet wide
- Triple axle
- 21,000 GVW
- Angle Iron flanges on the sides for easy attachment of walls and floor
- Trailer design allows sub-floor insulation to be placed directly into trailer, saving head room.
- Sheet metal attached to the bottom of the trailer to contain and weather proof the sub floor insulation
- Jacks on all corners for leveling and stabilizing
- Tongue jack
- Trailer lock
- Dry weight: 3700lbs
- Clean title in hand
- Trailer Made trailers specifically engineers their trailers to be tiny house foundations. Not just car haulers or standard flat bed trailers. I encourage you to look into their trailers to see why we chose this as our tiny house foundation.
- Will include our custom tiny house building plans (designed for this trailer) with purchase if buyer is interested in having them. The plans are in the form of a Google SketchUp model.

This trailer is $7750 new. However, if you were to order one exactly the same, you would have to wait 4-6 weeks for it to be built, and pay for shipping from CO. If you're any closer to MO than CO, your initial cost + shipping will both be cheaper.
