12'x36' Tiny House Shell

Like new 12'x36'x11' tall "Lofted Playhouse" tiny home.

This is a custom building that was ordered with the following features:

* Size: 12' wide x 36' long

* Lofted style roof with Hunter Green Metal over an OSB decking (for added strength/stability)

* Includes a 4' wide porch on the front of the building (with loft area overhead)

* Front door is a "9 Lite" steel entry door (9 windows in the door)

* Side door is a solid (no windows) steel entry door ( on left side about 4' from the back wall)

* Includes 3 windows (2'x3'). One on the porch and one on each side.

* Includes FULL loft (except for a 4'x10' opening just inside the side door) for massive extra storage!

* Built in loft ladder (for easy access to the loft area)

* Pressure treated plywood floor and T1-11siding

* Sale includes all the concrete blocks (both solid slab ground blocks and regular blocks) that you should need to set it up level on your property
This is a super high quality building. We ordered it with full OSB decking under the metal roof for extra strength and stability. Then we extended the loft inside all the way to the back (except for a 4'x10' opening just inside the side door - for easy access to put things in the loft). This cross bracing made this building incredibly strong!

Currently it is divided into a small back room with built in shelves and a built in ladder for easy access to the loft area (this could be removed if you want to reconfigure the inside).

This building would make a perfect Tiny House.

The way it is divided right now would accommodate a nice living room, central kitchen with eating bar and bathroom/utility room in the back.  Then you have plenty of space above for bedrooms and storage.

We have two different reasonably priced building movers that we can put you in touch with that can safely move this building to your property.

The only reason that we are selling the building at all is that we are moving to Alaska and it is cost prohibitive for us to try and have it moved with us. There is nothing wrong with it at all.
