Made in Montana, 245 square foot tiny house on a gooseneck trailer located near Columbia Falls. This little gem has a 4 burner gas range, flush toilet, trough tub/shower, water holding tank, 3/4 sized electric fridge, on demand propane hot water heater, queen murphy bed with a fold out desk/dining table and chalk board, loft office/bedroom space above the gooseneck with a cork board wall, and a bump-out sitting room.

Does not include gas heater seen in pictures. Spray foam insulation, floor has R value of 21. Buyer is responsible for removal and transport.

Here's a video tour that the builder made which shows what the photos don't, like the bed pulled down, the table, inside the cupboards etc. Note that there have been changes to the home since this was recorded, including the addition of the stove and a flush toilet.
