I built this Tiny Home during a major life shift. After years of running a larger business, my wife and I made the decision to slow down and focus more on family. This project became part of that transition. It took about 14 months of on-and-off work to complete, and every decision was made with care, from the structure to the materials to the systems.

This home means a lot to me because of the intention behind it. I wanted to build something that wasn’t rushed or cheaply made, but something strong, healthy, and built to last. I chose materials like HempWool insulation and HempWood flooring to keep everything as clean and non-toxic as possible, and I put a lot of thought into making it efficient and off-grid capable.

I know this isn’t for everyone, but I’m really hoping to find the right person who sees the value in how it was built. I’m open to negotiation and happy to work with someone who truly appreciates it. Virtual tours and in-person tours are both available, and I’m flexible with timing.
