Completed in 2022 and has already been successfully relocated once. It can be transported again using a flatbed truck and set up on a level surface such as concrete or asphalt. Proper southern sun exposure will ensure optimal performance of the solar system.

The interior offers approximately 162 square feet of living space, thoughtfully arranged to maximize functionality. Two loft areas provide sleeping or storage options, while the main level includes a comfortable living area with built-in storage. Climate control is handled by an installed heating and air conditioning system, along with a ceiling fan for airflow.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and a full-size refrigerator. A washer and dryer combo unit is also included, adding convenience rarely found in homes of this size.

The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and a composting toilet designed for off-grid use. The plumbing system has been configured to allow for a future upgrade to a standard flush toilet if desired.

Power is supplied through a rooftop solar array connected to a 48-volt electrical system. The system includes eight 6-volt batteries housed in an exterior enclosure. The batteries are approximately four years old and have a remaining lifespan suitable for continued use. The setup also allows for integration of a wind turbine for additional energy generation if needed.

Hot water is provided by an on-demand propane water heater, supporting efficient and reliable use without dependence on traditional utilities.
