Delivery is available within Montana, and likely available to states that are adjacent or nearby Montana, e.g Idaho, Wyoming, N and S Dakota, Washington, Oregon, and Utah.

The final price varies depending on your selections + and how far you need it transported. Things like roofing material, number and size of windows, if you want the wood stained and chinked, quality of cabinets, and interior finishings impact the price.

The cabins are built on skids making them easy to transport and providing you with the flexibility to add the cabin to a permanent foundation or to keep it on skids if you might move it or sell it later on.

Those involved in the process of creating these high-quality and attractive cabins have decades of woodworking, milling, residential and commercial construction, and finish carpentry experience. For example, the interior is finished by a carpenter with 20+ years of experience. Electrical and plumbing were subbed out to licensed professionals. The cabin shell was built using professionally engineered plans.

These are true log cabins built with 7” or 8" or 9" Doug fir logs, not a shed with log cabin-style siding. Log homes are considered to be an extremely energy-efficient building material due to the thousands of tiny air pockets that are trapped in every cubic inch of the cellular structure. These air pockets slow the transfer of heat through the log, helping keep your log home warm in the winter and cool in the summer. All of the windows we install are double-pane and the roof and floors are also insulated.

Unless otherwise requested, the cabins come stained and chinked on the interior and exterior to ensure long-term durability and to give it an instant rustic old-world authentic cabin appearance. We use a “no-maintenance stain” that’s nontoxic, environmentally friendly, and made from plants and minerals. These cabins are designed really blend in and compliment the natural landscapes, and these are a great way to avoid the temporary/mobile look of a tiny home on wheels or an elevated manufactured home on your property.

This is a fully finished cabin with plumbing, electrical, a kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, a water heater, a wood-burning stove, and much more. The cabin includes a variety of upgraded features including waterproof LVP, “Galway green” kitchen cabinets with high-quality hardware and soft-close feature, an upgraded retro fridge, an upgraded shower stall with black trim, white beadboard wall paneling, and rustic-modern/farmhouse style light fixtures. Two solar tubes have been installed to let in more natural light. The cabin has a 26g metal roof with a 100 lb snow load.

The plumbing and electrical are designed to hook right up to a normal plumbing/septic and electrical system. You could add solar for an extra cost. If needed, we could replace the flush toilet with a composting toilet. A hook-up for a washer and dryer is already stubbed in, but that will be up to you to add later on if you want it.
