The tiny home sits on a trailer that is 17' long and 8' wide.
Perfect for homeschool space, bonus room, office, or dry camping (long term spot). It does come with a composting toilet (never been used) and wood stove (not fully installed).
Heavy back end and is best for long term sitting vs. frequent moves.
Engineered for 100 lb snow load.
Cold water only in kitchen sink - has 5 gallon pressure tank. Could add an on-demand heater for water.
No hot water. No shower - just a kitchen sink with cold water. Could remove the bathroom cabinet and put in a shower instead.
120 volts to run heater, air conditioner - both work great.
12 v system.
There is damage to the jack which will need some attention.
