The repurposed materials give the tiny house a definite eclectic farm feel, for example. The bathroom mirrors are from a 1969 International 2 ton farm truck; the bathroom door is an actual outhouse door original to our farm and found in the hay loft. Gardening tool are reused in lots of ways like, guardrails on the decks, curtain rods, hand rails, and even the wine glass holder.

This 290 square foot Tiny House comes fully furnished with a queen size memory foam bed and 2 complete sets of bedding and pillows in a walk-in bedroom with 6 foot ceiling. The Living area comes with a single hide-a-bed loveseat with memory foam mattress and 1 set of bedding and dining table with 2 chairs. Kitchen includes a custom made sink, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffeepot, all the dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. There are 2 exit doors and both come with a sturdy wood porch.

The tiny house has a 50 amp 3 pronged service, 20 gallon electric water heater and requires septic or an external holding tank (Not Included). It was built as a guesthouse so the storage is at a minimum as we had a it set with beautiful views and put tons of windows in it. There is room for a closet in the bedroom and a floor to ceiling pantry in the kitchen (if 1 window is removed) and storage options in the living room as well. There is a 2ft. X 3ft. X 8ft. external storage under the bedroom that houses the water heater and provides access to the plumbing. The Kitchen and bathroom also have removable panels to allow you access to the rest of the plumbing.

Although this tiny house is on a 5th wheel frame, meets the regulations for height, width and length and can be towed with a standard 5th wheel truck, it WAS NOT built to be moved repeatedly. We never thought it would ever leave the property! It will require prep work and some dis-assembly to move and reassembly and possibly repair when it reaches its new home. This is included in the price.
