Custom built in all directions from the Tumbleweed Tiny House Company chassis, this dwelling offers exceptional features for tiny living. It includes an expansive living space, an airy loft for sleeping, a coveted closet with dedicated clothing storage & laundry hookups, fully-functional kitchen, and a tiled shower, backsplash, and fireplace. The exterior is made from premium composite materials with design features to maximize living space and beauty alike. There are 14 windows and a full-lite door to provide ample natural light throughout with recessed ceiling LED lighting that is dimmable to set any mood. The loft comfortably fits a king-sized mattress (shown but not included). Stairs with an upper railing match the custom kitchen cabinetry from a local woodworker. There is a cat door built-in to the closet that allows outdoor access. Electricity and water have been provided from the grid - there is a 50A electrical hookup externally. A pump and water tank have been fitted for the unit (in the closet) and can be sold with the house. This creation was built with intent and integrity every step of the way.
