Maine Tiny House for Sale

We are selling our like new tiny house in Buxton Maine. The house is 160 sq feet with an additional sleeping loft. The entire place is on a trailer and dimension wise it is street legal - we were able to tow the place ourselves with a 3/4 ton truck. The place has been an amazing place to live over the last year. The house has been completely finished and is ready for its next adventure. The house is run through a combination of propane and electricity. We have a fuse box on the outside to plug in at any house/campsite etc. The stove, hot water heater and furnace all run off of propane. The kitchen has a 40 gallon clean water tank for sinks and showers. There is also a grey water tank under the house. The house has hardwood floors throughout and white painted ship-lap making the space feel open and airy. One very cool feature is the complete home surround sound, hook up your device to Bluetooth and it will play throughout the entire space! We are willing to part with anything furniture wise in the house that would make your future tiny house living more enjoyable.
