Adorable New Tiny House

This adorable tiny house is perfect for use as a guest house, potential airbnb rental, writers studio! (Partially insulated but will need more if located in a "winter location".)

There are many custom features. Refrigerator, shower, two burner stove, composting toilet, heavy duty trailer, west elm dining table and chairs, ikea queen mattress, ikea sectional love seat, rug, hardwood floors, custom lighting, window boxes, ethanol burning fireplace,  and more.

It can be easily moved with a pick up truck (it is built on heavy duty trailer).

*composting toilet and shower are partially installed but not hooked up as they need to be installed to fit the type of venue where the tiny house will be located.
