Big Tiny Potential

The pictures show the frame, building in progress and finished product to this date. It was built in the Louisville area and pulled to its current location is central Kentucky. Length of the trailer is 25 feet plus the hitch, makes it about 28 feet long. Outside width is 8 foot inside is a few inches narrower. Height is 8 foot 3 inches so the total height from the ground up is within a few inches of 10 feet and this measurement is with the tires fully aired up ready to roll out. Studs are set on 24 inches. The pictures show everything, windows = none at this time. Doors = one, you can see it in the photo. The only thing not shown up to date is the wheel wells, I finished them on the inside with plywood so no cats or other animals can enter. The frame was salvaged from a camper. All 3 tanks are still intact, they are under the floor. There is no plumbing, electrical or insulation done. Floor is just plywood and the roof is temporary, attached with hurricane hangers. The walls are the heavy duty 5 ridge metal that sheds are made of, not the thin stuff, it’s the heavy-duty stuff. The roof metal was purchased from salvage and is older and rusted some but I had to get something on there and that is what I could afford before the rain. We found out we were going to have to move in mid build so I was just able to get the walls and roof done in time to pull it out of there. I’m now a single mother, homeless and waiting in my tax returns to try to find a few acres to live off grid, looking for a large camper. This trailer has a lot of potential but I don’t have the will or the money and help to finish it. The trailer frame is dual axle each axle rated for 3500 lbs. for a total GVR of 7000 lbs. I did not weigh it, and people have asked me if this or that will pull it and I really can’t say yes or no, but it was pulled with a Ford triton 150 in December 86 miles, most of the way was interstate at 60 MPH. I have video of it traveling but I can send it facebook messenger only because the file is too large to text and wont load thru email. I paid a man $50 to move it for me as a favor but I can’t ask him to do it again, you will have to haul it or pay someone to do it for you. This is a bumper pull with the largest ball and that’s a (2 5/16) ball. I need something to live in and I can’t live in this as is so I need to sell it to buy something I can actually live in with my child. I do not have the title for the trailer, I purchased it from man who is dispatcher for LMPD and it is not stolen. I will do a notary, bill of sale or whatever makes you comfortable. I have been asked many questions about it, it’s depressing answering them and not hearing back form anyone so I have updated this ad to cover every possible question. Texting is hard on my phone so I would rather talk, the old-fashioned way. Craigslist has left me bitter from people trying to scam me by offering to send payment thru paypal. I won’t do that and I won’t take any checks or money orders. I do understand that it is unsafe to travel to an unknown place with that much money. There are banks 20 minutes away, if you want to buy it after looking at it I’ll be happy to meet you there for payment, after which you can leave with it. I will only show it by appointment, not willing to give the address and do a “sometime this week” viewing, so please be courteous. There is an iron security door not shown in the pictures, sitting inside that you can have free if you purchase and also a good spare tire. I would like someone to build their dream home with this, right now it’s a really big shed on wheels and that’s not what I planned on. Thank you for your consideration.
