Little Cabin on Wheels

This Cabin was built by us and finished in 2017. It's built on a 12' x 6' trailer and weighs 3200 lbs. Tows fine with a 1/2 ton truck. It was built for traveling and camping with full hook ups. 30amp electrical service, water connection, and 22 gallon gray water tank with RV sewer connection. 4 gallon electric water heater, all electrical is 120v service. 1.7 cuft. mini fridge. 5000 btu through the wall window a/c. The shower is 32"x32" with shower wand. It sleeps 4 (1 queen, 2 kids mattresses) the top bunk tucks into itself to have more room inside. The queen bed folds up to make a couch. Storage cabinet in the bunk area and cabinets on either side of the queen bed area. Bar type stainless sink with faucet. Two windows that are double pane aluminum windows. Walls, ceiling and floor are 2x4 framing and fully insulated. The exterior has all cypress siding and trim. Undercarriage is covered with galvanized metal. The shed on the front houses the electrical panel, water heater, and is storage area.
