We are selling our 24'Lx8.5'Wx13.5'T tiny house on wheels that we did a hybrid build on with the help of Tumbleweed Tiny Houses (ours started as one of their Barn Raisers now called DIY Shells on their website) back in 2014-2015. It is 172sqft on the main level and has an approximately 56sqft loft with a custom landing we added that fits a king sized bed and then some. We finished the house ourselves (still doing some cosmetic stuff here and there to perfect it, but we lived in it FT in 2015-2106 in Colorado) and had professional electrical/mechanical/plumbing designed by Tiny House Systems in Austin that we installed and they inspected. We also had professional closed cell spray foam insulation installed, so you'll stay toasty in the winter and cool in the summer. The house was registered legally as a Park Model RV in Texas until last year (we stopped moving so didn't renew the tag), and you should have no trouble renewing the tag once you're ready.

We have about $75,000.00 total in this tiny house including the $16,000.00 Barn Raiser cost to have Tumbleweed professionally frame and mount the house to a Tumbleweed trailer. That means safety and security of knowing professional tiny house builders did all the heavy lifting, strapping, and securing of this home to the trailer for peace of mind and a safe ride to your next destination. As you can imagine, this is a very emotional sale for us, so please read thoroughly before hitting us with the Spanish Inquisition of questions... after all, no one expects the Spanish Inquisition! Ha! The short and skinny of the matter is that we built our tiny house with the goal of attaining financial freedom, and we still will... by selling it. It certainly isn't how we envisioned we'd achieve a debt free life, but she is still our ticket to financial freedom... just in a very different way than we imagined.
