Tiny House is built on a heavy duty 7' x 16' utility trailer with ( 2 ) 5200 lb. axles. It has additional storage under the seating area. Tables are designed to fold down out of the way for additional space when needed. ( 4 ) windows. It comes with a sink and water hookup. It does not come with a restroom so you would need to provide your own solution. It does not come with heat or A/C but it would be easy to add.
