Cabin is 12 x 34 (408 sq feet not including loft) with an additional 10 foot porch to relax on! Downstairs master bedroom, with space for beds in the loft and a sleeper sofa in the living room if desired. 110 amp electric with 2 mini split systems in living room and bedroom, flush toilet. Cabin comes with all appliances, new queen size bed, and handmade rustic barstools at the kitchen bar. Cabin being built and will be available at the end of September. Transportation available through builder for initial delivery if bought before the end of September before it leaves their site . After that, cabin will be at a private lot and any further transportation will be buyers responsibility.
