Two houses on the ocean with your own private beach!

Much to my dismay, I am placing my vacation home up for sale. This property has one of the most beautiful views in the neighborhood, with a gorgeous rock outcropping and a private beach.  I have seen bald eagles, seals, and whales right from my deck! The original house still needs work, but the master bedroom and bathroom has been completely remodeled down to the studs, master includes a $700 biofuel fireplace, and the master bathroom just needs plumbing completed.

The small house (400 sq ft) is not even a year old and it is absolutely state of the art and GORGEOUS! Everything was imported; even the thermostatic shower head alone was $800! It has all the amenities of a regular house (full power and plumbing) with a beautiful loft bedroom, imported kitchen, lights, and fixtures, and a pristine bathroom. Not to mention a metal roof that will last forever! Live here while you finish up the main house!

I do not have a survey of the land (property had been in one family for generations), but I estimate it to be around .50 of an acre, and it's nice and private! No neighbors to the left, and the right sits an abandoned house that can only be seen partially during the winter. The closest neighbors are very friendly. Garbage pickup, snow removal, and water is only $25 per month! Taxes on the land (crown land) is only $25 per year. Small, nearby grocery store and gas station is only 2 miles away, and nearest large town is only 1 hour away. The second largest town in Newfoundland is 2 hours away, and one of the most stunning hiking destinations in the world, Gros Morne, is an hour away!
