Fire alarms interconnected in both lofts and bathroom. Detects carbon monoxide and standard smoke detector

2” x 6” rafters with bird blocking to interlock the rafters and anchor them to the ridge beam and also the exterior walls.

Simpson strong ties to anchor the bottom plate and top plates for hurricane ties.

Secondary loft can fit 1 twin or full size bed. Dimensions are 8' x 6'

Vizio 32" TV and mount included. The space can easily fit a 49-50" TV if desired.
