A majority of the construction was done in Idaho, then we towed it across the country to Indiana(where it resides now). It towed like a charm. So if you are worried about moving it, don’t be. Also, we can move it to where ever you are in the lower 48 for you!

It is a large house standing at 26’x8.5’x13.5′  with 270 sqft. This house has loads of charm as well as STORAGE. Not only is there and extra loft and three huge shelves/ bunks, there are seven hidden port holes under the floor ranging from 3’x 4’x 10” to smaller AND storage under the couches. Plenty of storage for a tiny house. The house has a total of 8 large windows making it feel even larger on the inside and letting lots of fresh air in with just a couple windows open when the weather is nice. All the opening windows have screens. We also have an A/c unit installed out of sight for when the temperature gets high. We ran that  unit most of the summer last year and it was more than enough to keep the house cool in a humid area. The house is completely insulated on all walls , ceilings, floor. etc. We posted this house last year when it was about 70% complete and got a lot of attention on it.. HGTV even wanted to feature our house on one of their TV shows “Tiny house Hunters”.. So if you are interested and want to buy this house, you might get to be on TV! We are willing to change things if the buyer wants (for example changing the wood stove to propane etc. etc.), just talk with us and we can work something out.
