Incredible Tiny Homes 8x20 standard (not off-grid) Incredibox — made from steel insulated panels.

WHY am I selling? I originally ordered it 11/2022 with plans to live on my parents’ property and care for my mother. My original ETA was Feb. 2022, but builds were pushed back due to inclement weather and ITH needing to finish homes for their Grove tiny home community. During the wait, things have changed significantly with my mom’s condition and my finances, so I need to sell.

I’ve been notified that my home will be available very soon (see photos), so depending on when I sell it, it can either be picked up directly from ITH (in TN) or me (in southeast NC).

I’m waiting on the final pictures, so I’ve posted photos from ITH’s Facebook and YouTube to show what the Incredibox looks like. Also, I took a few photos of a model I saw at the 2023 Raleigh Home Show.
