tows easily with a standard truck fitted with a gooseneck hitch. trailer axle GVW 14,000, max. load 11,250. We never weighed the finished tiny house.

* As is: the supposedly good to -20F Rinnai water heater froze a few years ago at 30F and we never fixed it. You could replace it with the same exterior propane on-demand water heater (don't recommend), or switch to an interior propane on-demand (less likely to freeze), a small electric tank water heater, or electric on-demand. depends on your desired setup.
