Home is well-insulated and boasts near 9 foot ceilings to make the home feel spacious + lots of natural light from the 5 large windows!  Currently outfitted with a hose hookup for water supply and greywater designed to be used for irrigation.  Plumbing manifold which includes whole-house water filter, scale inhibitor filter, and water heater can be accessed from the panel shown pictured above the Washer/Dryer.  Fully-contained SunMar Composting Toilet means you don't have to worry about blackwater.  SunMar Excel electric is sized for 3-4 regular occupants.  Full-sized 36" shower with rain faucet high above is perfect for the taller tiny home dwellers.

Home sleeps 4 adults comfortably with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a couch that folds into a full-sized bed with built in storage.  The custom platform bed frame is high enough to store eleven 18-22 gallon plastic storage totes underneath.  Container door is still functional and can be opened to access storage under the far side of the bed.  The door can also be opened to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery of your land or add on a bedroom extension to the house.

Exterior of home is ready for paint.  Top of container can be covered with white liquid rubber EPDM coating for waterproofing and reflectivity (included but not installed).

Cost to ship is roughly $1,500 total for pick-up and drop-off plus about $2.50/mile to ship to your location (based on quote received from Houston Container on 12/8).  Shipping is not included in the price but I can help with logistics.
