20' Tiny House on Wheels

Very simple layout, you could do whatever you want with it! Has a bathroom with plenty of closet space and a composting toilet set-up. Kitchen has 8ft of counter space and a mini fridge. Lots of kitchen storage. My heating and appliances are all electric. The rest of the space is almost entirely open. The bay window and high ceilings make the space feel really open and airy. Over the door there is an awning that folds down during travel.  The house was built with SIPs (http://www.raycore.com/) giving it a 32 R value and a vapor barrier.

This meant that even in the coldest month in Houghton, MI, I only used about 300 kwh. There is a storage loft above the bathroom. It was built right on a double axle, brand new trailer. The trailer has breaks and lights, and has only been moved once. The house comes with leveling jack and stands. The steep pitch of the roof allows snow to slide right off. The windows are designed to capture passive solar heating, which works really really well in the winter. It made a huge difference.
