Beautiful, roomy house with open floor plan, tons of storage, lots of closet and kitchen space. Over 12 feet of counter top, giant spice and vitamin rack, 7 large drawers, big pantry, full size stainless Fawcett and sink (9”deep by 19’x15” ) with pull out spray feature. Very quiet and energy efficient, stainless steel, LG house sized electric fridge (only $41 a yr to run). Counters are wood and Italian tile. This is the perfect tiny house for a nature loving foodie.

Unlike most tiny houses this one has LOTS of closet space for toys, instruments, clothes etc. 2.5’ deep and 7.5 long. Clothes hanging and many shelves plus room for totes. The loft can be used for sleeping, guest room, or storage. Couch converts to comfy bed and is on wheels to allow for different placement in room. Roll out entertainment center or office/desk stores in closet below shelving and next to ample clothes hanging closet. There are large built-in book shelves for library and a corner shelf -12’. The compost toilet and large patio propane heated shower are easy and comfortable to use. Patio is removable and movable and has shade overhang for picture window and wooden steps.

House was built February of 2020 on sturdiest, heavy duty, double axle PJ trailer and is 20 feet by 8 feet wide. It is 2x4 framed with full house insulation and keeps cool/warm with minimal resources. Walls and ceiling are wood not dry wall. Floor is wood. Exterior is Vinyl siding and cedar shingles. Metal slanted roof was designed with solar panels in mind. Removable storage box on tongue of trailer houses water and electric inlet and ample space for tools/paint/winter storage of AC etc.

All plumbing and electrical are exterior to walls for easy repairs and changes. Designed for EMF sensitivity so house can be taken off electrical at night for better sleep. Radiating heater and new window AC (removable for winter months) are included. All windows are double pane and most can be left open during the rain for good air circulation even on wet days (Large kitchen window, 2 awning windows, small “north facing” window for good air circulation, and giant picture window providing light and an amazing view.) House was designed to accommodate a tiny wood stove for those who live in colder climates. Low slope side of roof designed for a stove pipe in mind. House has been chemical, smoke and pet free- for those with allergies.
